E-Maroc Wave headquarters is located at 6 rue dayet aout, registered in Rabat court under number 94421 and owner of cotizi.com website. The site allows users to create a pool and raise funds that can be used on MesCadeaux, in partner stores or be recovered in the form of bank transfer.
If you wish to become a user, please read these terms and conditions and use.
Acceptance of conditions of sale and use
These Terms of Use are accepted upon your use of Cotizi.com .
These general conditions of sale and Use constitute the entire agreement between the User and E-Maroc Wave regarding the use of Cotizi.com .
Conditions
Definitions
The following terms are defined as follows:
Company: E-Maroc Wave
Bank: Attijari Wafa, or any other partner of the bank chosen by E-Maroc Wave .
Beneficiary: A person who receives the gift or transfer; the recipient may also be the creator of the pool.
Credit Card: Credit cards used by a participant / contributor to a pool. All Moroccan cards and foreign cards with "3D secure".
Money collected / Reward: All entries collected which allow you to buy a product on Mescadeaux.ma, at a partner store or materialized by a bank transfer.
Contributor: The user was invited (directly or indirectly) to a pool and has contributed to the pool.
Creator of a pool: the user who creates a pool
These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the conditions under which you agree to use cotizi.com .
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
E Maroc Wave reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time; all changes will be effective upon publication on the Cotizi.com site.
Therefore, it is important that you regularly read these Terms and Conditions to ensure that you are aware of any changes that may be made.
Eligibility
with the use of Cotizi.com , you confirmand warranty that:
- All information provided at registration are true and accurate,
- You maintain the accuracy of this information, if necessary by changing your account
- You are 18 years old or more.
Connection
When you register to become a user, you are prompted to enter your e-mail address and choose a password.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree to immediately notify Cotizi.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. You are solely responsible for all use of your account.
Creating and running a pool
For the Creator of a pool
The designer creates a pool on the site: cotizi.com
The Creator of a pool is solely responsible for the administration of its pool. He/she may as well participate in the event he/she created.
The Creator of a pool is committed to setting the target amount between 50 dirhams and 200,000 dirhams.
If the creator of the pool wants to receive a transfer of funds collected, he/she clicks on the "Request for Transfer" and gives its RIB. Cotizi.com then makes a bank transfer of the amount collected. Only RIB bank accounts in Moroccans are allowed. Transfers to countries other than Morocco are prohibited.
Cotizi.com undertakes to carry out the transfer within 3 working days from the date of transfer request. But we should add 2-3 days on average for the time of Banking. Cotizi.com can in no way be held responsible for late receipt of payment in case of delay beyond its control.
In the case where the creator wishes to cancel a pool and wherein no contribution was made, the creator may cancel his pool without service fee.
Participant
when a participant uses the services of online payments on Cotizi.com , he confirms that he meets the following conditions:
- He certifies the he is at least 18 years.
- He certifies he has never been convicted of fraud or attempted fraud. He undertakes to provide full information concerning him and his bank account.
- Cotizi.com discharges any liability for the use of funds raised by the creator of the pot.
- The participant must pay by credit card while adding it required contribution by also adding the management fee (see Rates)
- The participation amount is held by the bank of Cotizi.com until the date of its use by the Creator of the pool
Information for participants
Each participant in the pool is automatically updated by email sent by Cotizi.com on each payment he makes.
If fraud is suspected, he may be asked to provide contact information of participant and that of his bank to verify his identity.
5. Cotizi.com Responsibility
Cotizi.com cannot be held responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, delay in operation or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alteration of any communication with any user access.
Cotizi.com reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to its services for technical reasons or maintenance. These interruptions will in no case subject to any compensation. Cotizi.com undertakes to minimize this type of interruption.
Cotizi.com is committed to doing everything possible to ensure the security and confidentiality of data exchanged through the use of Cotizi.com .
If you receive an email asking you for personal information, do not reply. Cotizi.com never asks you for your password, user name or your credit card information or other personal information.
6. Right Control Commands
To fight against fraud, Cotizi.com reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account or the payment of a pool if there is strong suspicion of fraud. Cotizi.com reserves the right to request full details of all participants in a pool as well as the creator to verify the identity of each.
7. License and Cotizi.com site ownership
Site Content may in no case be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, downloaded, posted, transmitted or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Cotizi.com . In the case of a breach of this clause, the Company may terminate the right of use at any time without notice.
8. User rules
Users:
You warranty that no part of your profile or your pool does infringe the rights of others or is contrary to law and regulations. Cotizi.com reserves the right to pursue any inappropriate action, including by deleting the contents of the profile or prohibiting you from engaging in any action.
In addition, you agree not to:
- Use services of Cotizi.com in an illegal manner or in a manner that could damage, disable or impair the website;
- Use automated scripts to collect information from the site.
- Use services of Cotizi.com for fraud.
- Distribute, post or store illegal content on the Cotizi.com website;
- Impersonate another person or entity, falsify or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity, or create a false identity;
- Spread of personal data relating to a third party, such as addresses, phone numbers, email addresses or credit card numbers;
9. Violations of intellectual property or rights
If we receive notification of an illegal use of Cotizi.com or violation of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to remove or disable access to the site Cotizi.com or terminate the accounts of users.
10. Confidentiality

11. Termination
General conditions of sale are amended wherever necessary in their current format and remain in power for the duration of your use of the site Cotizi.com .
Cotizi.com may terminate your registration as a user with or without notice, at any time and in its sole discretion.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
it is expressly stipulated that the Terms and Conditions are subject to Moroccan law and any dispute between you and the Cotizi.com site must be submitted to the competent court in Rabat.
